Elisha & Matt Married!!!!

Beautiful wedding with tons of details! It was a lovely day weather wise. Elisha was very organized and the day went just as planned. Her parents were married in the same church (I think on the same day) so it was really special for them to get married there as well. Their reception was at the Brewerie which was great as usual. I am also so impressed with how fast food is served there, they had four lines open. DJ Michael John was in charge of the entertainment and did an excellent job. The cake was gorgeous and tasty as well:)

Addison Kate is Two!!!!

 I decided since I am a terrible scrapbooker and photo album creator I would do a blog of each of my kids on their bday for their future viewing pleasure. Assuming the internet exists forever my plan should be flawless.
     Addison turned two on April 29. We had a big birthday party for her on her 1st birthday but decided to not do one on her second. We decided to donate what we would have spent to the March of Dimes and participate in the walk that was taking place on her actual birthday. We also had a major scare that Addison could have been born early so this hits close to home.  But do not think we will always be martyrs I am sure there will be many outlandish parties in this girls future:) Some of the pics below are cell phone pics, don't judge...lol. Since it is mothers day I had to include pics of my other two as well:)
    Last year on her first bday was the day Prince William and Kate Middleton got married so I bought her a commemorative tea tin that she constantly tries to destroy but one day I think she will appreciate it. I have been trying to figure out what Addison would like to know about her self in 20 years so I have decided to start the next paragraph like I am writing to her.
  

Dear Addison,
You are two now and a wonder to behold for your parents. Everything you do you do to extremes you are either fighting to the death over something you just have to have or you are so loving it bring tears to my eyes. The looks you give are so intense I have to either look away or give you what you want. When you grab my cheeks and kiss me you melt my heart. I love how you will hug everyone in the room even if you don't know them. But you are my biggest challenge and even on those days I skip to work to get a break from you the moment I am gone I wish I was still with you. You are a funny, outgoing, and a fast learner. I love how you are such a daddy's girl and how you keep Cody and Bella on their toes.You are very attached to your blanket, you will use all the prowess of a hostage negotiator to always have it by your side everywhere we go. You would gladly trade in any human in your life for it. You love your kitty and your chickens and getting eggs from the coop. I think that is the highlight if your day. Now for the nitty gritty you can put up to seven words together, you can count to 10 but always forget seven, you just learned how to jump, you can use an IPAD better than your grandma, you are an awful sleeper, still demand warm milk, use a pacifier, and ( you still think you are a newborn) you are very inflexible about new changes to your routine:) Yet you are so smart at times you hide stuff from me, you stall at bedtime, and copy everything I do. You have us right where you want us. You do know some sign language and when you use it you get everything you want because we cannot resist the cuteness of it. Finally my princess you are the piece to the puzzle that holds us all together the only one in the house that shares DNA with everyone. I am excited for your future and can't wait to see where life takes you.

What to say about this girl? It was just you and me for 10 years. Even though you are turning into a bratty teenager I know I will get you back at some point:) You are can be so different than me you see the beauty in this world and you are so creative. You are simply and always have been good company:)

Love this boy, he is the child of my heart and I am blessed that I get to be a part of his life. We bond over really random TV shows and our love of anything with sugar. Such a cutie like daddy.

Trisha & Garrett Engaged!!!

Trisha & Garrett also came to see me on a freezing cold windy rainy day but we made the best of it! Trisha's smile made the pictures :) Trisha & Garrett are having a tent wedding in August just like I did. I can't wait! I absolutely loved the blue background, which incidentally was at the local storage unit in Albion. I love when I find neat backgrounds that are in unexpected places. When I was driving around the blue totally popped. Enjoy!

Erica & Joe Engaged!!!!

Erica & Joe are the sweetest couple! We had so much fun! They love the outdoors which worked well great for taking pictures at my house. They were so easy going they were even willing to go to the swamp. And the cards were stacked against us it was soooo cold this day...brrr. I mean like 37 degrees and raining cold! And Erica never once complained and was in a dress and shorts the whole time. They also brought their dog Luchie, who is an Old English Sheepdog, he was so well behaved. I adored him he almost made me consider getting a dog and then I remembered another living being looking at me with hungry eyes when I get home from work was not gonna happen..lol :) Anyway I have a special connection to Erica we were seated together at her step-sisters wedding in 2009 and she actually went out of her way to talk to me and make me feel like I was part of the table. I also remember her being quite the dancer! And she is a bridesmaid in one of my other weddings this year. She just got engaged recently and when she first contacted me I was so bummed because I was booked on her day. Then she ended up changing her date and it all worked out! Enjoy!

Rebbecca + Brian Married!!!!!

Rebbecca & Brian had their wedding ceremony in North Carolina and their reception here which I think is awesome. I have always loved North Carolina and this way it was like they had two weddings! Rebbecca is very creative and created many beautiful details for her wedding. She made the bouquets and the little girls tutu's. We did their couple pics before the reception which gave them extra time to enjoy their party. Thanks Rebbecca and Brian- it was a privlidege to be a part of your special day!
